Groups & Workshops
Group therapy creates a unique space to build community and connect with others who are facing similar challenges. Each group therapy session encourages support, shared healing, and a sense of belonging. In this setting, you can explore common experiences, gain new perspectives, and form meaningful connections. Group therapy offers a supportive environment where you can feel understood, encouraged, and strengthened by the collective experience of others.
My workshops offer a gentle, supportive space for learning, reflection, and connection. I create each workshop with care, focusing on themes that many of us navigate such as grief, relational trauma, anxiety, motherhood, self-compassion, boundaries, and more. My hope is to guide you toward learning that feels supportive, empowering, and deeply human.
Women’s Weekly Self-Compassion Group
A supportive space created for young women who want to deepen self-compassion, strengthen inner confidence, and shift long-standing patterns of anxiety and self-criticism. This group centers on authentic connection and shared experience. Each week, we’ll explore topics that naturally arise from the members in the room, allowing the process to unfold in an honest and meaningful way.
Themes may include: Cultivating self-kindness, anxiety, boundaries, building confidence, navigating dating and friendships, strengthening your relationship with yourself, and integrating mindfulness into daily life.
If you’re a young woman in Wisconsin or Minnesota, grab your favorite drink, pull up your chair, and join us online each week for real talk and real support.
